Unethical and immoral are the first things that come to mind. Straight up child abuse comes to mind after that, also as bullying is a crime I think the terms 'accessory after the fact' works for you, and the school officials pretty well. But reading your statement I have to say, could you be less coherent and logical? It reads like the statement of someone drunk or on heavy drugs. Please, resign and allow someone not broken to actually do the job.
