Why was the letter of the law selectively applied in the bullying case? Principal Scott Milburn should be charged with tampering with evidence for forcing the child to delete the recording before police arrived on the scene. Judge McGraw-Desmet should be able to verbally defend her verdict. The fact that she was incoherent when she tried--and failed--to do so indicates it is indefensible.
