As the mother of a child who was bullied in high school this is beyond disturbing. Have you any idea the emotional damage done by bullying? The scars last a very long time, sometime forever. How could you choose to be part of this disease rather than part of the cure. Your ruling is the VERY reason bullying continues in this country. I honestly don't know how you can sleep at night. This victim chose to "fight back" in a non violent fashion and THIS is what he gets??? Do you understand that most school shootings can be tied back to bullying???? And you know what? Bulling can be prevented. How? Well maybe side with the victim and punish the bullies!!!! You are one of the many things wrong with the way our justice system works. I sincerely hope the people you serve wake up and ask you to step down.
