Sickening, Judge Maureen McGraw-Desmet's decision is right up there with the Texas Child Rape trial and the Steubenville Crisis.
Not only do we get treated to Desmet's utterly INCOMPREHENSIBLE word salad, the student gets the message that any nail that stands up shall be hammered down.
And the school officials get rewarded while the bullies burn a bonfire and dance like wild savages in ecstasy because they just learned that yes, you CAN get away with almost anything.
