I do not understand how you could possibly say that the child's video is a felony wiretapping. A school, although it has a sense of privacy, no child signs a form that says you can't record videos. When I was in high school, we recorded things all the time. The only thing that is illegal about what he did is if he had posted it somewhere, but he is allowed to his own recordings especially of a personal experience. How could you convict him of this and say he should have let the school handle it, when he tried to let the school handle it and it was never taken care of? It is a disruptment to his education, and the fact that the children weren't disciplined is ridiculous. It was his last resort and that's why he did it.
