Don't know anything about yoga, or looking to refine your existing
practice? This series of classes is for you. Kristen Kolenda from Yoga
H'Om will guide you through the classic Yoga postures with emphasis on
aligning your body to help open places that feel tight, and breathing
practices to increase your energy and stamina.
Each class is $5 per person, to be paid in advance when you register at the library. There will be no refunds, unless the class is cancelled.
Please bring your own yoga mat.
Classes will be held from 7 to 8 pm on June 18 and 25.
