The mission of the Carnegie Modular Railroaders is to inspire and educate model railroaders of all ages through hands on learning, collaborative layout building, and shared exploration of the hobby.The Carnegie Modular Railroaders meet one or two Saturdays a month at the Andrew Carnegie Free Library &amp; Music Hall. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, this group is about building confidence, improving fluency, and connecting with others through conversation. No pressure, no judgment — just real talk and real people. Join licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Candice Coughenour for this two-part workshop series that explores the concept of congruency: the alignment between your thoughts, feelings, and actions, and how it shapes your relationship with yourself and others.
Designed as a reflective and supportive space, this series invites 
you to explore and reflect on your relationship to yourself and others 
as you move toward greater clarity, honesty, and alignment in your 
everyday life. You’ll receive a guided workbook, take-home reflections, 
and a resource list to support continued growth beyond this workshop.

 (Wednesday, June 17), we will expand that awareness into relationships,
 practicing ways to communicate and connect more authentically.</li>
