Community Update

I understand that this topic is inflammatory and that perhaps the law may be specific. However, as a judge your job is not only to determine the letter of the law but the spirit of it's intent. A child who seemingly defended himself against bullying by avoiding violence seems to have gone above and beyond. This ruling is symptomatic of the loss of common sense that plagues this great country and I sincerely hope your decision gets reversed by a higher authority.
