This is a job finding assistance program. Content includes presentations, discussion, exercises, handouts and your own copy of the book "Make Your Resume Talk." The class will include:
- Pre-Class material packet and preparation
- May 14 Workshop covering resume preparation and the importance of an accompanying cover letter as a separate marketing, bragging document; practical exercises; clear samples of resumes and cover letters
- Homework
- May 21 Workshop following up on May 14 class and homework; then covering networking, developing a marketing plan for finding a job, job search approaches, interviewing skills with mock interviews
- Follow-up assistance with no time limit to help each participant maximize the Co-op benefits and to help them achieve their job objectives
