Cooking 1-2-3 Series

These classes are designed for those interested in cooking but not sure where to start.  Whether you’re planning on developing skills in the kitchen or considering a career in the culinary arts, they can help you. Learn some basic cooking techniques and you’ll have some skills to start cooking right away. 

This fast track to cooking will be taught by Chef Carey Palenchar, a free-lance chef instructor.

Class I: Learning how to use basic kitchen equipment, including knives. Recipes using knife skills will include: Guacamole • Vegetable Curry with Spiced Jasmine Rice • Tossed Salad with Orange Segments and Orange Sesame Vinaigrette
