Cooking Up and Hooking Up

Calling all singles! This interactive cooking class for 25-35 year olds is a great way to mingle with people! Chef Bill Fuller, executive of the big Burrito group, will lead this class. The menu includes:

  • Sheep's Milk Ricotta Gnudi with Peas and Shiitakes  
  • Shiso-Wrapped Scallops with Parsnip Coulis 
  • Muhammara (roasted red pepper walnut dip) 
  • ELEVEN Crab Cakes 
  • Bill's favorite Manhattan
