Cooking with a Partner

Marlene DeGeorge was on vacation in Sonoma and Napa, CA and she came home and put together this great menu:

  • Creamy Tomato Soup with Quinoa and Basil
  • Grilled San Francisco Sour Dough Crostini
  • Lump Blue Crab Cakes with Spicy Avocado Sauce and Napa Cabbage Slaw
  • Oven-Roasted Sweet Potato Fries
  • Rustic Plum Galette with Almond Cream

Wine will be served at the sit down dinner following the class.
