
Chef Bob Sendall, owner of All in Good Taste Productions, has assembled some mighty fine chefs that take pride in being active and vocal in the gay community. This program will teach participants how to make some of their favorite dishes:
- Chef Bob Sendall: Bob’s Signature Pizza
- Chef Matthias Bodnar, Personal Chef to the Pittsburgh Ballet: “Catch of the Day” Sicilian-Style
- Chef Kevin Costa, Crested Duck Charcuterie: Ginger Blintz with Duck Confit served with Crème Fraiche and Pomegranate Seeds
- Chef Gloria Fortunato, Wild Rosemary: Gourd-geous Orecchette
- Chef Nick Krug, All in Good Taste Productions: Lemon Meringue Tartlets and Mini Raspberry Linzers
- Chef Kate Romane, E2: Greek Heirloom Tomato and Cucumber Salad
