Asbury Heights is hosting its inaugural Golden Mile race around its Mt. Lebanon campus on Friday, September 21, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. The timed one-mile race is open to the walkers and runners at no charge.
The Golden Mile is a celebration of RUN@WORK Day, a Road Runners Club of America program now in its seventh year. Initially designed as an employee wellness initiative, the race soon caught the attention of Asbury Heights residents and community members.

Prizes will be awarded to the overall 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers as well as to the first place winner in nine different age groups for both genders. There will be a party after the race to celebrate.
