Instinct Fitness will be hosting the Pittsburgh Kettlebell Sport Exhibition, an IKFF sanctioned event which will follow the rules and regulations of the IKFF.
We will offer a variety of events to display the different aspects of Kettlebell Sport. We invite all new and seasoned lifters to the platforms to experience the excitement of competition and show off their skills!
Spectators are welcome to watch and learn about this growing sport.
