The Sharpen Up event will feature a Knife Trunk Show with a large selection of specialty knives, Knife Sharpening and Knife Skills Class. Here is the schedule:
- 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.: Knife Trunk Show
- 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.: Knife Sharpening*
- 1:30 to 4 p.m.: Knife Skills Class
*Ed Bartush will sharpend up to 3 knives per customers.
