Pa. woman charged after allegedly trying to poison neighborhood cats (wgal.com) — Residents in a Chester, Delaware County neighborhood raised concerns after video appeared to show a woman pouring bleach onto food left out for community cats, though no animals were reported hurt. The Pennsylvania SPCA and law enforcement quickly investigated, and the woman now faces two misdemeanor animal cruelty charges with a preliminary hearing set for next month.
