The Alliance for Health Equity Issues Request for Property Management Services Proposals at Brandywine Center

The Alliance for Health Equity (AHE) announces the release of two Requests for Proposals (RFPs) seeking qualified property management firms to oversee residential and commercial operations at AHE’s Brandywine Center, their mixed-use property located at 744 East Lincoln Highway in Coatesville. AHE is seeking management partners to begin services on October 1, 2026.

AHE’s Brandywine Center is home to 24 units of affordable senior housing on the second and third floors, supported through Section 8 and PHFA, alongside commercial space on the first and fourth floors anchored by Union Community Care, the property's Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) tenant. The building has long served as a cornerstone of integrated health and housing access for the Greater Coatesville community.

"As we move into this next chapter of property management, we're looking for partners who share our commitment to this community and to the residents and tenants who call Brandywine Center home."

AHE is releasing two separate RFPs to reflect the distinct needs of the property:

• Residential Property Management RFP, covering the building's 24 units of affordable senior housing, with attention to resident services coordination and compliance with affordable housing regulations.
• Commercial Property Management RFP, covering the building's commercial space, including its FQHC anchor tenant, with AHE's Board retaining final approval of tenants and the fourth floor reserved for nonprofit and mission-aligned organizations.

Interested firms, including those with experience serving Chester County and mission-driven property management backgrounds, are encouraged to apply for either or both RFPs. Proposals are due by July 31, 2026.
