This is a celebration for the entire 19320 community, marking AHE's 25th anniversary and the first birthday at AHE’s Brandywine Center of Union Community Care (UCC), a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides comprehensive primary and dental care. Attendees can look forward to the following outside AHE’s Brandywine Center and along Chester Avenue at 744 East Lincoln Highway:

  • Free food and refreshments, including Richie's Water Ice
  • DJ Dre Money
  • Inflatables including a velcro wall and Ninja Warrior course
  • Kid Zone
  • Nonprofit Resource Fair

The free, family-friendly community block party also includes a special live announcement of the newest organizations investing in health equity across Coatesville. 16 organizations will receive funding through AHE's 2026 Seed-And-Scale Match Fund, which provides $350,000 in initial funding from AHE to Coatesville-serving nonprofit organizations working to advance either health access, education, employment opportunities, neighborhood connections and build environments, and/or social and community contexts in the Greater Coatesville area.

“Our community block party is one of my favorite days of the year. There's something special about seeing neighbors, families and community partners come together to celebrate, connect and just enjoy being together,” said Moira Gassenmeyer, Integrated Health Director at AHE. “It's a great reminder that building a healthier, stronger community starts with building relationships.”
