• Condos selling fast on Conshohocken's riverfront (morethanthecurve.com) — New condos are selling quickly along Conshohocken's riverfront at Washington Place, where 58 of the planned 200 homes have already gone under contract since March. This is the borough's first major condo community since The Grande, with prices starting in the mid-$400s and more buildings plus a new apartment complex slated to open through 2027.
   

• The latest news on restaurants in Conshohocken, Lafayette Hill, and Plymouth Meeting (morethanthecurve.com) — Several new food spots are headed to the Conshohocken area, including Goodness Bowls coming to 200 Fayette Street and multiple concepts in nearby Plymouth Meeting and Lafayette Hill. Openings range from "soon" to early 2027, bringing everything from burgers and bowls to a winery restaurant with pickleball and bocce.
   

• ICE inked a $9 million contract with a Montco firearms manufacturer — and is spending $17 million at Philly area businesses (inquirer.com) — Federal immigration authorities have funneled more than $17 million in contracts to Philadelphia-area businesses, including a major weapons deal with a Montgomery County gun maker, while a county firing range in Conshohocken is under contract with Homeland Security but barred from immigration-enforcement training. County leaders recently tightened rules to keep federal immigration investigations off local property.
