The Fitness Court, developed by the National Fitness Campaign is a 38-foot by 38 foot circuit training system featuring 118 workout elements and the ability to accommodate up to 28 users at once.

Workouts focus on seven movements that support everyday health: core, squat, push, lunge, pull, agility, and bend. It blends physical fitness with digital engagement, offering thousands of bodyweight exercises and guided programming through an accompanying mobile app. The seven movements use one's body weight and resistance to perform the seven-minute workout.

The courts are supported by a $30,000 grant from the National Fitness Campaign and donations from the Cranberry Foundation.
