Since our technicians are working with heavy equipment in a shop environment, it is required that they be able to push, pull, drag, and lift items up to 50 pounds, and occasionally must work at shoulder level with equipment weighing up to 25 pounds. Technicians are expected to obtain a CDL license within six (6) months of hire.
The Residential driver position is one of our most physically demanding jobs. The position routinely requires extensive near-continuous physical exertions such as repetitive lifting, pushing, and pulling receptacles that weigh from 50 to 75 pounds as part of their rigorous daily routine. Our non-experienced drivers will be training side by side with our seasoned drivers to gain experience. Employment generally begins performing the helper role while training to become a Driver.

Drivers are required to have a Class A or B CDL with airbrakes endorsement valid for the state of Pennsylvania and at least one (1) year of previous experience operating a vehicle requiring a CDL within the past seven (7) years.
