Chair Aerobics- improve your flexibility, strength and balance

St. John Wholyfit-- Improve strength, flexibility and circulation, balance, boost your mood and improve you overall health.

Join us for Chair Aerobics!!  FREE to all who want to join -- we are not the barbie doll group (so no need to be intimidated)

Beginning September 2nd – November 20th At 6:30-7:30 p.m.
