Children's Activities Galore At 5th Annual HeroFest

The annual event occurs this weekend. Find out here how much fun your kids can have.

CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, PA - The fifth annual HeroFest, a children’s festival honoring community heroes and celebrating the ways in which everyone can behave heroically, will take place this weekend. The event will be held March 24 from noon to 3 p.m. at the Regional Learning Alliance.

HeroFest will feature a variety of engaging learning experiences from the Heart Print Center and fun activities for all ages. Returning favorites include the make-your-own- superhero cape station, dance party and local heros from the U.S. Air Force, police, fire and EMS departments.

There also will be trackless trolley ride, model train display, science experiments, crafts, face painting and more. Participants include STEAM Studio, Sing Sing USA, Ohio Valley Lines Train Museum, SA Shining Stars, Fern Hollow Nature Center, Mattress Factory, Millvale Community Library, Zang TKD, Easter Seals, and more.

Tickets are $10 and are available online or at the door. Children under the age of 2 are admitted free.
