Coke Is It For Seneca Valley Senior Scholarship Winner
Seneca Valley senior receives Coca-Cola scholarship also won by U.S. Sen Ben Sasse of Nebraska and U.S. Rep. Elsie Stefanik of New York.

Thanks to Coca-Cola, Seneca Valley Senior High School senior Urvi Gupta can taste the feeling of a $20,000 scholarship. She just joined an exclusive club by being named one of the nation’s 150 Coca-Cola Scholars.
In achieving the honor, Gupta beat out nearly 100,000 high school students from across the country who sought it. She is one of 10 Pennsylvania winners of the scholarship, a joint effort of the Coca-Cola Company and the Coca-Cola Bottlers Across America.
“As Coca-Cola Scholars, we are being inducted into a diverse yet close-knit community of leaders who have unique visions for the future of our nation,” Gupta said.

The prestigious scholarship was only one of several honors Gupta recently received. The National Center for Women and Information Technology recently named her a 2017 Western & Central Pennsylvania and West Virginia Affiliate winner of the NCWIT Award for Aspirations in Computing.
