Cranberry To Detail Township Library's Evolution
The library has come a long way in its 45-year history.

CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, PA - Libraries are transforming themselves in the 21st Century. While they still acquire and lend books, they also are using PCs with high-speed online connections and provide patrons with free access to premium services such as Consumer Reports.
As part of National Library Week, which occurs April 8-14, township manager Jerry Andree and library director leslie Pallotta will lead a tour and conversation about community libraries and their evolving roles. Since Cranberry’s library was formed in 1973, it has become a hub of community activity with presentations, movies, discussion, exhibits and more.
This special event will occur April 11 at 6:30 p.m. There is no charge to attend.
