Cranberry To Hold School Supply Giveaway

CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, PA — Operation Lunch Pail Pals, sponsored by the Cranberry Township Community Response Team, will hold a school supply giveaway Aug. 27 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m at the Public Safety Training Center behind the township public works building..
If your family requires assistance in purchasing school supplies, a total of 100 complimentary filled lunch bags will be available for pickup. The insulated lunch bags are packed with school supplies. Supplies depend on availability, but items could include pens, pencils, erasers, Post-It notes, highlighters, note cards, crayons, glue sticks, scissors, notepads and pencil cases.
All items are new and supplied by monetary donations received by the Community Response Team and will be distributed in drive-up fashion by volunteers.
