Reliant Senior Care and Cranberry Fun Fore All are teaming up to raise funds and awarness for the Alzheimer's Association of Greater PA. The event will feature a 18 hole Mini-Golf Scramble starting at 10 a.m. followed by lunch and an awards presentation. Entry Fee is $100 per four person team. The entry fee includes a t-shirt, 18 holes of mini golf, a goody bag, lunch and a ticket to the awards presentation. There will also be raffle prizes drawn throughout the day.
