10th Annual Race for Virginia and Friends
Please join us for the 10th Anniversary Race for Virginia and Friends. With your running or walking shoes, you, your friends and family can help us take steps toward finding the cures and preventative measures to cancers that threaten to steal the future from children. Virginia Clark was a girl who didn't let the cancer that took her life take the life out of her living. She was a great inspiration to all who knew her and knew of her. Each year the Race honors a courageous child who has battle the disease. This year we will honor the memory of all the special children of the past 9 years who have inspired us to raise funds to combat pediatric cancer. Sam McConahy, Kayla Sansone, Alex Poust, Elijah King, Elora Geier, Saxon Kieswetter, Danielle Wick , Riley Scheiller and of course Virginia Clark all displayed a zest for living and an unbelievable amount of courage during their brief lives.
The race/walk is open to all individuals that wish to run or walk in support of children like Virginia. The race is a certified and sanctioned 5k race.
