Seneca Valley will hold school physicals and drug testing for fall sports for grades 7-12 at the following days and times:
- July 28: 8 a.m. - noon is physicals and drug testing for boys and 1 - 3 p.m. is drug testing for girls.
- Aug. 4: 8 a.m. – noon is physicals and drug testing for girls and 1 - 3 p.m. is drug testing for boys.
- Aug. 10: 3:30 - 7:30 p.m. is drug testing for all students.
- Aug. 11: 8 a.m. – noon is make-up physicals and drug testing for all and 1 - 3 p.m. is drug testing for all students.
For physicals, the parent/guardian must have completed Sections 1-3 of the CIPPE physical form in order for the school doctor to sign Section 4. For drug testing, students must bring the completed Parental Consent Form.
