56266 - Yoga Intro Hike - Harmony
We’ll begin with a lite hike in the quaint village of Harmony. We will then visit the former opera house built in the 1880s that has recently been renovated and is now known as the Center of Harmony. Dana Lowers, co-founder of the Center of Harmony, will lead the introduction to Yoga. This activity will conclude with a tour of the Center and its shops which share a focus on mind, body and community. This program is sponsored by Center of Harmony.
