Levin Mattress Store Opens in Cranberry

There’s a new place to shop in Cranberry for area residents in search of the perfect mattress to catch some zzz’s on.

A Levin Mattress store opened last week along Route 19 at the Oak Tree Place plaza, which also is home to Pizza Sola, and Red Wing Shoes.

Joe Fleckstein, vice-president of business development for Levin, said the store carries all the top name-brand mattresses, including Serta, Sealy and Tempur-Pedic.

“We are a very large Tempur-Pedic dealer,” Fleckstein added. “A lot of people like to try them out."

Although a full Levin Furniture gallery and showroom is located just down the road from Cranberry in Wexford, Fleckstein said people are less likely to travel outside of their communities to buy mattresses, which is why the company decided to open a store in Cranberry.

Fleckstein said the store also features a digital furniture gallery where customers can peruse Levin’s furniture collections.

A Levin Mattress store also opened May 11 in Fox Chapel at the Waterworks Mall. Another Levin Mattress is slated to open later this month along William Penn Highway at the former Electra Lighting store in Monroeville.
