Seneca Valley Losing 555 Years Of Experience With Retirements

Two dozen longtime employees are leaving Seneca Valley.

CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, PA - As the 2018-19 school year concludes, the Seneca Valley School District is losing a wealth of employee experience. The district recently honored two dozen retirees for their combined 555 years of work in the district.

The retirees are as follows:

  • Kelly Benner – Connoquenessing Valley Elementary (CVE) learning support teacher.
  • Carol Boice – Evans City Elementary (ECE)/Evans City Middle School (ECMS) paraprofessional.
  • Donna Cavanaugh – CVE/ECE reading teacher.
  • Lynn Davis – Rowan Elementary (RE) second-grade teacher.
  • Louise Ewing – Haine Middle School (HMS) music teacher.
  • Linda Farrell – RE cafeteria staff member.
  • Michelle Follett – RE kindergarten teacher.
  • Cheryl Harancher – ECE/ECMS paraprofessional.
  • Donna Harrison – SV Academy of Choice paraprofessional.
  • Theresa Hetrick – Ryan Gloyer Middle School (RGMS) special education paraprofessional.
  • Carmen Householder – CVE school nurse.
  • Anne Koch – CVE third-grade teacher.
  • Linda Martin – Seneca Valley Intermediate High School (SVIHS) technology facilitator.
  • Kathleen Novakovich – CVE Reading Teacher
  • Carole O’Rourke – HMS paraprofessional.
  • Mary Paterson – ECE second-grade teacher.
  • Lynne Ranayhossaini - RGMS math teacher.
  • Leslie Rymer – HMS special education teacher.
  • Kathleen Senn – SV Senior High School (SVSHS) paraprofessional.
  • Ray Shinsky – SVSHS custodian.
  • Lynda Smith – Haine Elementary (HE)/HMS cafeteria staff member.
  • Nancy Speicher – HE kindergarten teacher.
  • Cindy Westerman – RGMS custodian.
  • Joyce Zeits – SVIHS paraprofessional.
