Budget season is coming. The 2022 Budget discussions are upon us at the Borough of Dormont. Below is the current list of scheduled budget meetings and the topic each meeting will focus on. All meetings will be broadcasted via Zoom and most will have the option of limited in person attendance as well. Please note there may be additional discussions about budget-related requests/items at individual committee meetings which are always open to the public. As always, check the Borough of Dormont website boro.dormont.pa.us for the latest information and Zoom links. Zoom links will be posted closer to the date of the meeting.

Monday, September 13th @ 6:00PM – Recreation and Community Affairs Meeting – Preliminary Discussion of 2022 Dormont Pool Operations

Tuesday, September 14th @ 6:00PM – Finance and Legal Meeting – Continued Discussion of 2022 Dormont Pool Operations

Monday, September 27th @ 6:00PM – Requests Meeting (for Equipment, Vehicles, Personnel, Projects, etc) – Department Heads and elected officials can present any requests for the 2022 budget and answer questions about those requests.

Tuesday, October 12th @ 6:00PM – 2022 Expenses review

Monday, October 18th @ 7:00PM – Capital Improvements discussion

Monday, October 25th @ 7:00PM – Agenda Meeting/Final Budget Review

Monday, November 1st @ 7:00PM – Council Voting Meeting – Vote to display/advertise proposed budget

Monday, December 6th @ 7:00PM – Council Voting Meeting – Vote to adopt 2022 budget
