I'm new here.

Hello.  I've been a Dormont-Brookline Patch reader & even a commenter for a while now.  I just became a blogger here at the site.  Some stuff may be related to the area, some stuff may not.

Most of the posts here will probably re-direct to my main blog at WordPress.  Maybe some will be exclusive content here.  I'll try to cater to what the people want to read... going off of hits & comments.

I'm a Dormont resident, a guitar player in a punk rock band, a geek, somewhat of a movie buff, Star Wars fan, Batman fan, a bit of a foodie, and I'm interested in lots of different types of music, antiques, and various assorted goofiness.  I have food allergies, I'm interested in consumer advocacy, I draw mazes, and I write goofy letters to large companies sometimes for amusement.

My wife & I love Dormont... she grew up in Shaler, I grew up out in Murrysville. It's odd being able to hear your neighbors arguing while you're sitting in your living room... but it's nice to be so close to everything extremely nearby & all around Pittsburgh.

I'm in my mid 30s, but act like a teenager (maybe even a 12 year old).
