Class begins with a calming guided meditation, gently transitioning into an immersive, healing soundscape crafted from crystal singing bowls, soothing chimes, rhythmic drums, and other harmonic instruments.

Instructor Deborah Lee a classically trained cellist, holds a professional Sound Bath Practitioner certification accredited by the Global Sound Practitioner Alliance and The Complementary Medical Association. Specializing in singing bowl immersion, she integrates formal musicianship with therapeutic acoustic resonance that may help reduce stress and regulate the nervous system.
