UPDATED with assault arrest:

DORMONT MEN HELD FOR COURT IN RUNAWAY CASE:

A Dormont man accused of harboring a 15-year-old girl reported as a runaway in May has been held for trial.

Dormont police found the girl at Sean Holmes’ apartment at 1504 Kelton Avenue on May 18—three days after she'd been reported missing, according to court documents.

She was found after an officer saw her and Holmes entering the apartment. Holmes and two other men inside, Charles Wilson and Travis Wilson, initially said they didn’t know where the girl was, but police found her hiding under a pile of debris, according to court documents.

Police said the apartment smelled of marijuana and that they found paraphernalia inside, along with a small baggie of marijuana on Travis Wilson.

Holmes, 18, was held for trial Thursday by District Judge Blaise Larotonda on charges of interference with the custody of a minor, resisting arrest and possessing drug paraphernalia.

Charles Wilson, 21, of the 1440 block of Kelton, was held for trial on charges of corrupting a minor and possessing drug paraphernalia.

Travis Wilson, 19, of the 2900 block of Belrose Avenue, was held for trial on charges of corrupting a minor and marijuana possession.

Charges of disorderly conduct, interference with the custody of a minor and resisting arrest that had been filed against both Wilsons—who aren’t related—were dropped.

ASSAULT ARREST

Terry Marlin, 41, of the 1300 block of Tennessee Avenue, was charged with assault Saturday.

According to police, Marlin repeatedly hit a man with a wooden stick, breaking his arm early Saturday morning after the two had been drinking at a bar.

Police said Marlin claimed the alleged victim hit him first and he had acted in self defense. Police said Marlin had told them several differing versions of what happened.

The alleged victim was taken to a hospital for treatment.
