Dormont Road, Sewer And Gas Line Projects: What You Need To Know

Here's a list of projects that could cause headaches for Domont residents over the next two weeks.

DORMONT, PA — A variety of construction projects will occur in the borough in the next two weeks. Borough officials on Monday issued a list of them and urged people to be cautious in the work areas.

Here are the projects:

  • Road and sidewalk restoration: Now through Oct. 31 on Dormont Avenue between Dwight and Annapolis avenues.
  • Manhole and sanitary sewer work: Now through Oct. 31 at 3060 Eastmont Ave. near the corner of Kelton Avenue and the Keystone Oaks High School entrance.
  • Gas mainline, service work and street restoration: Now until completed, Dell Avenue between Alabama and Hillsdale avenues and Hillsdale Avenue between Dell and Belrose avenues.
