Once again, Bethany is holding its annual Thanksgiving Dinner. For over the past quarter century, the congregation of Bethany, along with support from other local churches has been blessed to be able to provide a Free Thanksgiving Dinner as a community service on Thanksgiving Day.
Some who attend are homeless, some are struggling financially, and some have no close family with whom to spend the holiday. For folks who are shut-in or otherwise homebound, delivery service is provided. Everyone is welcomed and each is treated to good fellowship and a traditional Thanksgiving dinner with turkey, stuffing, mashed and sweet potatoes, vegetable, rolls, pumpkin and fruit pies, and coffee and tea.
Thanks to all who donate roasted turkeys, turkey breasts, stuffing and pies, and to the folks who volunteer to help set-up, cook, serve, deliver meals, and clean-up. If you can donate, or if you are interested in helping, please contact the church office.
