McFarland Road To Close This Weekend

DORMONT, PA - Concrete improvement work will force the closure of McFarland Road between Beverly Road and Dell Avenue this weekend, PennDOT announced.

Here are the detours:

From Dell Road

• Take McFarland Road to Washington Road.
• Turn right onto Washington Road.
• Turn right onto Bower Hill Road.
• Turn right onto Cochran Road (Route 19/121.)
• Turn right onto Green Tree Road (Route 121).
• Turn right onto McMonagle Avenue.
• Follow McMonagle Avenue to McFarland Road/Banksville Road.
• End detour.

From Beverly Road

Same detour in the opposite direction.

Overnight construction operations will be minimized to avoid noise concerns from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. each night. The work is part of a $3.88 concrete repair project.
