Upper Room Worship is moving to 6:00 p.m every Sunday night, beginning with the LAUNCH celebration on June 22 at 1462 Brookline Boulevard.
Now we’ll have MORE great music from our young and energetic praise band, MORE freedom to let the Spirit flow without time constraints, MORE opportunities to invite terrific guest speakers to share their biblical messages and testimonies, and MORE visits from our many friends who want to add their voices to praises, but who attend their home churches on Sunday mornings, as well as those who prefer to sleep in on Sunday mornings.
This young and growing ministry was born on February 2, 2014, and is the worship outreach of Pittsburgh’s own “Upper Room Group,” an interdenominational ministry that has been bringing its Last Supper re-enactments to churches all over our region since 1978. The goal of Upper Room Worship is to provide a vibrant, modern worship experience for the young at heart, crossing denominational lines and putting the focus right where it belongs: Praising God!
June 22 isn’t just a change of time for us… It’s a change of season. It’s a RE-LAUNCH, a RE-DEDICATION, and we will commemorate this change with heart-felt prayers for the worshipers, the facility, and the neighborhood of Brookline. Please come join your heart in prayer with us during a truly transformational evening that will mark the beginning of God’s new season of ministry at Upper Room Worship.
