Yet Another Liberty Bridge Closure This Weekend

PITTSBURGH, PA - You might be beginning to wonder when the Liberty Bridge will ever be open on a weekend again. It won’t be this weekend.

The bridge and inbound Liberty Tunnel will be closed from 8 p.m. Friday until 5 a.m. Monday so crews can conduct latex overlay operations, PennDOT announced.

As has been the case for the past several weeks, the outbound Liberty Tunnel and P.J. McArdle Roadway will remain open the entire weekend. All other traffic will be detoured during the closure.
