WARRINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA —The Warrington Historical Society invites the community to step back in time at this weekend's upcoming open house at the historic County Line Schoolhouse. The event will take place on Saturday, April 25, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 10 Folly Road.

The free, family-friendly event offers a unique opportunity to tour the preserved schoolhouse and learn more about local history. Visitors are invited to explore the building, experience what a traditional classroom looked like, and gain insight into early education in the Warrington area.

In addition to the schoolhouse tours, this year’s open house will feature a special display of emergency services memorabilia. Attendees can view historical items, photographs, and equipment that highlight the evolution of local fire, police, and emergency response services.

The open house is presented by the Warrington Historical Society and is open to all ages.

"Whether you are a history enthusiast or simply looking for a meaningful way to spend a spring morning, the County Line Schoolhouse Open House offers an engaging and educational experience for the entire community," said event organizers.

Something Sweet

The Warrington Historical Society has teamed up with Rita’s of Warrington to help maintain the recently renovated schoolhouse on Folly Road and continue preserving the history of the township.

Stop by Rita’s (1380 Easton and Bristol roads) and ask for a fundraising card for just $5. You’ll get 10 percent off your treats through October and a portion of the proceeds will benefit the schoolhouse project.
