DOYLESTOWN, PA — The public is invited to an Earth Day celebration on Saturday, April 25, at Broad Common Park. The Doylestown Borough Environmental Advisory Council is hosting the event from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the park, located at 10 Doyle Street.
The program will include activities and information aimed at promoting environmental sustainability in the community. Organizers said residents are invited to stop by at any time during the three-hour event.
The event will bring together local environmental organizations and businesses, giving attendees a chance to meet groups involved in sustainability work in the area. Visitors can take part in sustainability games and crafts and help build a community around climate action.
Planned activities include a native plant giveaway, face painting (fee), free kids crafts, games, and music. The event is designed as a family-friendly community gathering with a focus on environmental awareness and local engagement.
Broad Common Park will serve as the site for the Saturday event, offering residents a local place to learn more about sustainability efforts, while taking part in activities for children and families.
