During the stop, the officer noticed a strong smell of burnt marijuana and subsequently discovered marijuana and drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle.

A criminal complaint was filed in District Court, but the man failed to appear for his preliminary hearing, leading to the issuance of a warrant for his arrest.

On April 8, the man was stopped by Montgomery Township Police. He was placed under arrest and was taken to the Warrington Township Police Station where he was processed and charged with two counts of prohibited acts and driving on a suspended license and without insurance coverage.

He was arraigned before Bucks County District Judge Jonas who set bail at 10 percent cash, while also noting an outstanding warrant from the Maryland State Police.

The man was unable to post bail and was transported to the Bucks County Correctional Facility to await court action on the charges.
