WARRINGTON, PA — A Philadelphia man is facing numerous charges after a traffic stop yielded a stolen license plate, counterfeit inspection and emissions stickers, and suspected marijuana.
On May 22, police were alerted to a stolen license plate and conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle traveling on Easton Road.
Following an investigation, Oscar Giovanny Perdomo, 37, was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property, prohibited acts, and operating a vehicle without valid inspection stickers.
During the traffic stop, officers discovered the vehicle displayed counterfeit inspection and emission stickers. Police also located marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a search of the vehicle.
Perdomo is currently on probation in both Bucks County and Philadelphia. He was transported to the station for processing and later arraigned by Judge Wertman, who set bail at $250,000 or 10 percent cash.
Perdomo was unable to post bail and was transported to the Bucks County Correctional Facility to await court action.
