"Be Kind" Golf Outing Set To Tee-Off For Bucks Co.'s Kin Wellness Center

This year's eve will be held at the Spring Mill Country Club in support of the local cancer community of Bucks County.

NORTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP, PA — The non-profit Kin Wellness and Support Center will tee-off with its 5th Annual Be Kind Golf Classic on Monday, June 22 at the Spring Mill Country Club in Ivyland.

This year’s returning title sponsor is Archetype Advisors and
Yacht CFO with all proceeds benefiting Kin Wellness and Support Center and the local Bucks County cancer community.

This is a shotgun style event. Contests include: Putting Contest, Straightest Drive Contest, Pot of Gold Contest and Closest to the Pin Contest.

The agenda for the event: 9:30 to 11 a.m. Registration and Lunch Buffet; 11 a.m. Shotgun Start; 4 p.m. Cocktail Hour and 5 p.m. Dinner & Awards.

All funds raised will stay local and benefit cancer patients at Kin Wellness and Support Center. Kin is 100 percent donation funded and provides free integrative services, therapy, support and fitness to hundreds of cancer patients, caregivers and oncology healthcare workers across Bucks County.

Grace Media Services Inc. organized the golf outing and managed the event website. Run by Sandy McIntyre, Grace Media Services Inc., is located in Perkasie and supports non-profits, churches and other businesses with full marketing, design and promotion services.

Kin is an all-inclusive 5,000 square foot facility offering support, fitness, therapy, and integrative services for cancer patients and their caregivers.

The inspiration of Bucks County resident Corinne Sikora, who battled both brain and breast cancer, Kin offers free services to Bucks County residents battling cancer regardless of where they are receiving treatment.

Free programs include nutrition, yoga, fitness, one-on-one counseling, support groups, workshops, massage, reflexology, reiki, chiropractic, acupuncture, and facials. Kin is a unique Center that looks to satisfy the emotional, social and physical needs of cancer patients.

The success of Kin is made possible through generous donations from the local Bucks County Community. Kin’s mission is to help people find calm and peace and center themselves in a restorative environment. The non-profit strives to bring people to a place where they feel empowered to manage their diagnoses through treatment, recovery and beyond.
