DOYLESTOWN, PA — Josh Fields, the executive director and founder of The Next Step Programs (TNS), has been named a 2026 Philadelphia Titan 100 honoree.
The Titan 100 program recognizes Philadelphia’s Top 100 CEOs and C-level executives. They are the area’s most accomplished business leaders in their industry using criteria that include demonstrating exceptional leadership, vision, and passion.
Collectively, the 2026 Philadelphia Titan 100 honorees and their companies employ over 78,000 individuals and generate over $71.6 billion in annual revenues. They will be honored at the annual awards ceremony in September, and will be given the opportunity to interact and connect multiple times
throughout the year with their fellow Titans.
“This year’s Titans represent more than success; they embody resilience, purpose, and transformation,” said Jaime Zawmon, President of Titan CEO. “Being a Titan is not just a title; it is a mindset, a way of leading with courage, serving with integrity, and creating something that outlasts you. It is about lifting
those around you and leaving a legacy that inspires others to rise. These leaders stand as proof that the future of business is driven by those who turn vision into lasting impact.”
Josh Fields founded The Next Step Programs at just 16 years old after recognizing a critical gap in services available to young adults with disabilities after they age out of the public school system. Inspired by his lifelong friendship with Meghan, who has Down syndrome, Josh set out to create opportunities that empower individuals with disabilities to build meaningful lives in their communities.
Fields’ recognition as a Titan 100 honoree for the second consecutive year comes during a period of significant growth and momentum for the organization. Over the past year, TNS has expanded its services, strengthened community partnerships, and unveiled the concept rendering of Adam’s Way, a vision for an inclusive housing community in the heart of Doylestown. The project represents a transformative step toward creating greater opportunities for independence, belonging, and inclusion for adults with disabilities.
In April, Josh Fields and The Next Step Programs unveiled conceptual designs for an inclusive housing community in the heart of Doylestown.
Josh’s innovative leadership and unwavering commitment to inclusion have earned him national recognition, including being named to Forbes 30 Under 30 in Social Impact.
“Being recognized as a Titan 100 for a second consecutive year is incredibly humbling," said Fields. "This honor reflects the dedication of our team, the trust of the families we serve, and the belief that people with disabilities deserve opportunities to live, work, and thrive in inclusive communities. As The Next Step Programs continues to grow and move our impact forward, this recognition reinforces our commitment to building a future where inclusion is not the exception ... it's the expectation.”
Josh will be honored at the annual Titan 100 awards celebration in September. This elegant, cocktail-style
awards event will unite 100 Titans of Industry for an unforgettable evening of celebration, camaraderie,
and networking: an evening unlike anything that exists in the Philadelphia business community.
The Next Step Programs is a nonprofit founded in 2015. The Next Step Programs has been committed to supporting young adults with disabilities as they make the journey from high
school to independence. The organization provides crucial life skills instruction, social programming, and job preparation to support their participants in thriving and leading satisfying
lives. Their influence on TNS families grows as they do, and they want to build a world where opportunity, inclusiveness, acceptance, and love are the pillars of our society.
