WARRINGTON, PA — A Florida man is facing charges after drugs were found inside his car during a traffic stop on Easton Road.
The incident happened on May 25 when police stopped a car with dark, tinted windows driving the wrong way through a parking lot on Easton Road, nearly striking a concrete median.
During an investigation, officers detected the odor of burnt marijuana coming from the vehicle operated by 36-year-old Daniel Noda of Miami.
K9 Abby was brought in to conduct a sniff of the vehicle and alerted officers to the presence of narcotics.
A subsequent search led to the discovery of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and his business card containing a pink powdery substance suspected to be ketamine and MDMA.
Noda was placed under arrest and transported to the station where he was processed and released. He is charged with three counts of prohibited acts and miscellaneous traffic and vehicle violations.
