Officers located and stopped the vehicle in the Valley Square area. The driver, 78-year-old Michael Kreps of Holland, told police the other driver had crossed the double yellow line and cut him off.

The complainant told police that he had been followed for approximately 7.3 miles through multiple roadways because he did not want the car behind him to know where he lived. He eventually drove to the police station.

Following the investigation, police cited Kreps for harassment.
